Dandelion Root
Oregon Grape Root
Fennel Seed
Orange Peel
Licorice Root
Cinnamon Bark

Directions: For maximum detoxifying effects: Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a pot with a tightly fitting lid. Add 4 Tbsp of tea to the boiling water and cover. Turn the heat down and simmer for 10-15 minutes.  Strain and enjoy! If it is too strong, dilute to desired tase. Drink 3 cups per day up to 3 weeks.
