Synopsis

He defeats three Black Dragon mercenaries who try to rob him, but spares their lives. They return later with more allies, including Shang Tsung, who poses as a friendly traveler named Song. He tells Kenshi of a powerful sword called Sento that could help him defeat the Black Dragon. Kenshi follows him to a desert where the Well of Souls is located, but it turns out to be a trap. Shang Tsung absorbs the energy from the well and blinds Kenshi, then throws him into the well and leaves him to die.
